Rajabaji Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Rajabaji, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Rajabaji. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all services offered through the Rajabaji website and mobile application, including all games, promotions, payment services and customer support interactions. 2 Eligibility

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Rajab aji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Rajabaji account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Rajabaji will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• You must use a valid mobile number registered in your own name.
• Account details can be updated by contacting support with appropriate verification.
• Rajabaji reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.

4 Deposits and Payments

Rajabaji accepts deposits exclusively through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone other than the registered Rajabaji account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your Rajabaji account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be investigated promptly.

• Minimum deposit amount: as stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Rajabaji does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit an incorrect amount.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their rightful owner. Withdrawals to a different wallet or to a third-party account are not permitted.

Rajabaji targets an average withdrawal processing time of 28 minutes from the time a withdrawal request is submitted and approved. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals are not processed to accounts that have outstanding verification requirements.

• Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus is active may be subject to wagering requirement completion before processing.
• Rajabaji reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals found to be associated with fraudulent activity will be withheld pending investigation.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Rajabaji offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated when the bonus is offered. If you are unsure about the wagering requirement on a bonus, contact support before accepting it.

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon request, as specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses will be removed from your account after the stated expiry date.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Rajabaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Rajabaji's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on Rajabaji use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform, by players or by any external party. Certified RTP figures for all games are published in the Analysis section of the platform.

Each game on the platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Rajabaji does not accept claims based on a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Results cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Harassing, threatening or abusing Rajabaji staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a third party to use your account or using a third party's account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Rajabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe that a player has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or through the platform's messaging system. You will have the opportunity to respond and provide any information that may be relevant to the review. Rajabaji will aim to complete account reviews within a reasonable timeframe.

• Balances held in suspended accounts will be frozen during the review period.
• If a suspension is found to be in error, the account will be reinstated and any frozen balance returned in full.
• If a suspension is confirmed as a result of a terms breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.

10 Responsible Gaming
